Ok I started this thread up because I find the spiritual intriguing, share your stories & your views, whether they're for or against the afterlife, I'm intrigued by numerology too, so will share a story later on about a personal experience with the world of numbers & coincidence.

I'll start with this one:

I have a friend who believes she can see spirits & has a heightened sense of people.. we were sitting down talking casually when the converstaion turned more serious. I told her about my great grandmother, whom I cherish.. she died when I was 11. She told me she sensed someone was close to me, infact that she saw someone who never strayed far at any time. She then went on to describe her & nailed my great grandmother to a 't' needless to say I got goosebumps all over & realised it was time to let her go, I'd been holding on far too long. So in the end it was an experience that gave us both release I believe.

As you know hun, my Grandmother had premonitions throughout her entire life, and despite the fact that they weren't a regular occurrence (perhaps say 5 a year), every single time the event would occur exactly as she had foretold it. It never freaked her out, as her Grandmother before her had been capable of the exact same thing, so in some bizarre way it seemed perfectly normal.

As a child, and right into my teens I used to do the exact same thing, however in my case I found the dreams to be very unsettling, and in some cases frightening. Thankfully they are far and few between these days, but always scarily accurate.

My fear now is that my middle child is starting to do the exact same thing, and is struggling to cope with it.

I can understand why some might be reading this and rolling their eyes in disbelief; I think it is something that unless you experience yourself, it is very hard to wrap your mind around.

Well I don't mind admitting I thought it was a load of absolute crap; alot of hocus pocus to get idiots to part with their well earned money and make the person sprouting the shit a tidy little profit.

And then I met Mona (Naomi's grandmother).

Still don't pretend to understand it, don't think I ever will, but she'd have premonitions months in advance about things not even thought of yet, and they'd all come true. Seen Benj do it as well, and I tell ya it used to freak me out more than it did her I think. As I said don't understand how someone can do it but I know without a shadow of a doubt there are those that can.

I believe 100% in psychic phenomenon. And no I'm not talking how Hollywood makes it out to be. No heads spinning round, no slimeing, no ghostly apparitions having their way with you as you sleep.

Seen and experienced some weird things in my time that can not be explained but agree that until you experience it yourself, it can be very hard to fathom something like that is possible.

When I've been here longer I'll go into details on exactly how psychic experiences have effected my life. Don't want people on here looking at me as if I'm some nutter just yet haha.

But for the record, having seen what Benj can do, everything I've experienced pales in comparison.
