PostSubject: Should there be restrictions on reproduction   Mon Apr 14, 2008 12:15 pm

It seems to me that more and more young girls are getting pregant and using their child/ren as a way of staying home and doing nothing. Kids are getting left locked in cars whilst the parents gamble, left home alone, dragged up rather than brought up. Obviously you can't go round tying peoples legs together but does our Government make it too easy for people to sit back and do nothing but bred?

And before I get jumped on, no I'm not having a go at single parents who either work, or stay home and channel the money they receive into their kids. I'm talking about the ones that just grab grab grab and the kids rarely see a cent.

Some parents are closer to criminal than parent..

I believe very strongly that prevention is better than cure to all issues & that what should be manditory is education & qualifications to become a parent, just like any other career choice.. So in essence a license to be able to breed would do the country & world alot of good.
