I was put through to a call centre today and thought I would like to share my frustration.
My experience with call centres has been bad. Be it for a banking query or a phone service query.
Usually I found you have to go through a very boring telephone dial process and it almost never deals with your query. Call Centres do away with direct personal service. Customers just become numbers. When calling back, you never speak to the same person again and have to explain your query and problem again and again, to your increased frustration. Most call centres warn you that your call will be recorded for quality purposes. That is just to scare you off not to lose your temper and normally, consultants cannot speak your language properly and you cannot communicate efficiently to solve your problem.
