You know Sarah, I am going to very brutally honest here...and i am sure that most people that have gone threw, what i am going threw probably have felt similar. I do not know how I am making it other than staying numb at the moment for the girls. I mean i have a very good friend of mine taking me out on a long country harley ride come monday to just let me go and break down instead of holding it all in, but all those poems you found fit me to a T. My self worth, esteem everything is so low right now...I am here tonight as benj has brought me here to get my mind off of things. I am glad she did as I did nothing but wail to her last night about things. Just what did i do wrong, what could of I done different. But she helped me think, it wasnt me...I know what I want in life and I know I refuse to live like this, had it not been for my kids, i would still be laying in bed, dwelling on what ifs...

It always hurts when a relationship ends. And we all go through that crappy stage where we blame oursides for what went wrong or what we could have done better. But Sarah is right, time does heal your heart. And with Benj looking after you, I suspect you're going to be just fine Carrie.

You'll be just fine without him Carrie. Just do what you have to do to look after yourself and the girls, and forget about him. Don't waste one more tear over the bastard.

Dave, I am honestly more pissed off at my self than I am him at the moment.
