My experience with call centres has been bad. Be it for a banking query or a phone service query. Usually I found you have to go through a very boring telephone dial process and it almost never deals with your query. Call Centres do away with direct personal service. Customers just become numbers. When calling back, you never speak to the same person again and have to explain your query and problem ...
